    According to the measures for implementation of Hua College, the management committee is set up and President Pu Yuzhong is appointed as its director, the committee is mainly composed representative of Hua’s families, university president concerned, leaders from the relevant functional departments, directors of the relevant colleges and eminent professors etc.
　　Hua college management committee is responsible for formulating college teaching plan and various management rules, deciding students' selection, shunting, supplement and other major issues.
　　Changzhou University appointed one dean, two deputy deans, and several staff, who are responsible for daily management of Hua College.
